Founding Creator — $50.00 launch credit

Programme terms

Participation is subject to these terms. Showr.Me may audit activity and revoke benefits where requirements are not met or manipulation is suspected.

1. Agreement. By enrolling in the Founding Creator programme you accept these terms in addition to Showr.Me's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and creator policies. If there is a conflict, Showr.Me may apply the stricter rule.
2. Eligibility. Open to verified creators aged 18+ with accounts in good standing. Intended for new creators joining during this launch — not for transferring benefits across duplicate, alternate, household, or previously banned accounts. One founding credit per natural person, regardless of how many accounts you operate. Showr.Me may refuse, pause, or remove participation at any time if eligibility is unclear or disputed.
3. Limited capacity. Spots are limited and offered while the programme is open. Enrollment is confirmed only when you submit a valid share URL and receive credit approval. Showr.Me may close the programme without prior notice when capacity is reached or for operational reasons.
4. Setup requirements. You must complete ID verification, accept the creator agreement, and publish 3 live pay-to-unlock links with genuine content and prices set in dollars. Links must remain live, accessible, and compliant with platform rules through unlock and the promotional retention period. Placeholder, duplicate, misleading, or non-compliant links may disqualify you.
5. Promotional share (X or Telegram). One public post on your chosen platform:
   • X: your account with at least 500 followers, tagging @showrdotme and including a working link to your Showr.Me profile or unlock page.
   • Telegram: a channel or group you control with at least 500 members, including your Showr.Me link.
   The post must be original (not a repost-only or story that expires), publicly visible, and submitted via Creator Studio. Showr.Me may audit follower counts, membership, post content, and authenticity. Misrepresentation may void your credit.
6. Post retention. Your approved promotional post must remain publicly visible and unchanged (including tag and Showr.Me link) for 14 days from credit approval. Deleting, hiding, editing to remove required elements, or switching to a private audience may void the credit — including after unlock.
7. Credit approval vs unlock. Submitting a valid share URL approves your $50.00 founding credit pending unlock. Approval is not a wallet payout. The credit is granted in your wallet pricing currency at unlock, is non-transferable, has no cash value until unlocked, and cannot be sold, assigned, or combined with other offers unless we state otherwise in writing.
8. Qualifying fan purchases. Credit unlocks when 3 different fans each complete a qualifying purchase:
   • At least $5.00 creator net per purchase (after any platform/processing adjustments shown at checkout).
   • On your Showr.Me pay-to-unlock links (completed checkout — not pending, failed, refunded, or charged back).
   • From a distinct registered fan account — not you, not your other accounts, and not accounts you control, employ, or collude with.
   • After your share is submitted and founding credit is approved. Purchases made before approval do not count.
   • Each fan counts once toward the 3-fan target.
9. Prohibited conduct. The following void eligibility and may result in immediate revocation, clawback, and account action:
   • Self-purchase or purchases between linked accounts (same person, household, device, or payment method).
   • Operating more than one Showr account (including a separate fan login and a separate creator login).
   • Collusion, circular payments, "fan swapping", or coordinated minimum purchases solely to unlock credit.
   • Fake, bot, or incentivised traffic presented as genuine fan demand.
   • Artificially minimum-priced or junk content created only to farm qualifying sales.
   • Inflating X/Telegram audience metrics or submitting someone else's post.
   • Refund, chargeback, or dispute abuse intended to qualify then recover funds.
   • Any attempt to manipulate, automate, or misrepresent programme requirements.
10. Refunds, chargebacks, and clawback. If a qualifying fan purchase is refunded or charged back within 14 days of unlock, Showr.Me may reverse or withhold the founding credit, adjust your wallet balance, and/or revoke programme participation. We may also claw back credit where fraud, policy breaches, or promotional post violations are discovered later.
11. Wallet and payouts. Unlocked credit is added to your creator wallet as pending balance and follows normal platform rules: a 5 days hold on new earnings, minimum withdrawal $5.00, and bank transfer after you request a payout. Showr.Me does not guarantee payout timing if your bank, verification, or compliance checks fail.
12. Review and discretion. Showr.Me may verify, audit, delay, deny, amend, suspend, or revoke any enrollment or credit at our sole discretion, including where behaviour appears abusive, suspicious, or inconsistent with these terms. We are not obliged to provide detailed reasoning where doing so would compromise fraud prevention.
13. Taxes. You are responsible for any tax, reporting, or regulatory obligations arising from programme benefits or creator earnings in your jurisdiction.
14. Programme changes. Showr.Me may amend, pause, or end the programme at any time. Approved enrollments completed before closure are honoured per these terms, except where voided for fraud, policy breach, or clawback. Changes apply prospectively to new participants.
15. No partnership. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship with Showr.Me. You remain an independent creator responsible for your content and compliance.
