1. Service provider
SHOWR ME LTD operates Showr.me, an online platform allowing creators to upload digital content and fans to purchase access via private unlock links and related features.

3. Illegal content and complaints (Article 16)
You may report Content or conduct you believe is illegal or violates our Terms via:

We review reports in good faith and aim to resolve standard complaints within 5 business days. Urgent safety reports (e.g. suspected CSAM, trafficking) are prioritised.
4. Statement of reasons (Article 17)
If we restrict, demote, or remove Content, suspend an account, or otherwise apply a moderation measure, we will provide a clear statement of reasons where required by the DSA, including:
- The facts and circumstances relied on
- Whether the decision was automated or human-reviewed
- Information about internal complaint-handling and appeal options
5. Internal complaint-handling (Article 20)
If you disagree with a moderation decision, contact support@showr.me within 6 months of notification. Include your username, the decision reference (if provided), and why you believe the decision was incorrect. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
6. Out-of-court dispute settlement (Article 21)
Where applicable under the DSA, you may select an approved out-of-court dispute settlement body certified by Digital Services Coordinators. We will engage in good faith with certified bodies where we are required to do so.
7. Trusted flaggers (Article 22)
We may give priority to reports from entities designated as trusted flaggers under the DSA where we have appropriate processes in place.
8. Protection of minors
The Platform is 18+ only. We use age-gating and identity verification for creators. We do not target minors and take measures to prevent underage access.
9. Transparency reporting
We publish information about content moderation actions, complaints received, and response times in our periodic transparency reports (available on request from legal@showr.me until a public report is published on this page).
10. Recommender systems
Where the Platform uses ranking, sorting, or recommendation features (e.g. explore or suggested creators), the primary parameters are engagement, recency, and creator settings. We do not use sensitive profiling for recommendations.
11. Advertising
If we display advertising, it will be clearly labelled. We do not use sensitive personal data for ad targeting without consent.
