This policy explains how to report illegal Content, policy violations, and complaints about moderation decisions on Showr.me.

1. What you can report
- Content that may be illegal (including CSAM, non-consensual imagery, trafficking)
- Violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Prohibited Content Policy
- Copyright infringement (see DMCA Policy)
- Harassment, impersonation, fraud, or payment scams
- Appeals against content removal or account suspension
2. How to report
You may submit a report by any of the following:
1. Report button on unlock pages (showr.me/l/…) 2. Contact page: Contact us with subject "Report abuse" 2. Email: support@showr.me 3. Legal / DSA: legal@showr.me 4. Post: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ
Please include:
- URL(s) of the Content or profile
- Username or handle involved
- Date and time you observed the issue
- A clear description of why the Content or conduct violates our policies
- Screenshots or evidence (if available)
- A statement that your report is made in good faith
3. Urgent safety reports
For suspected child sexual abuse material, trafficking, or immediate danger, email support@showr.me with subject URGENT and contact local law enforcement. We prioritise these reports and cooperate with authorities.
4. Our review process
Upon receiving a report we will:
1. Acknowledge receipt where practicable 2. Review the information and any supporting evidence 3. Request additional information if needed 4. Take action we deem appropriate, which may include content removal, account warning, suspension, or termination 5. Notify you when our review is complete (where contact details are provided)
Target response times (UK business days):

5. Appeals
If your Content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe we made an error, email support@showr.me within 6 months with:
- Your account email or handle
- The action taken and date
- Why you believe the decision was wrong
- Any supporting evidence
We will review appeals in good faith. Our decision after appeal is final except where the DSA or other law provides further remedies.
6. DSA rights (EU/EEA users)
If you are in the EU or EEA, you may have additional rights under the Digital Services Act, including access to certified out-of-court dispute settlement. See our Digital Services Act page.
7. Bad-faith reports
Knowingly false or abusive reports may result in action against the reporting account.
