Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Showr.me (the "Platform"), operated by SHOWR ME LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing, purchasing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform.
The Platform contains adult-oriented content. Access is restricted to adults only.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

2. The Platform

Showr.me is a creator-support platform where fans may subscribe to creators, purchase unlocks, send tips, and interact with creators. Creators publish their own content and set their own prices.

We provide hosting, payment processing, discovery, messaging, and related tools. We do not create user-generated content and are not a party to transactions between fans and creators except as payment intermediary where stated.

3. Accounts

One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade enforcement, fees, or bans.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may require identity or age verification at any time.
Creator accounts require additional verification under our Creator Agreement and 2257 Compliance Statement.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and payments

Prices are set by creators unless otherwise stated. Platform fees may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Digital content and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing period to avoid future charges.
Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account suspension.
We use third-party payment processors. Your payment is also subject to their terms.

5. Fan conduct

You agree not to:

Share, record, screenshot, redistribute, or publicly post paid or private creator content without permission
Harass, threaten, stalk, or dox creators or other users
Attempt to circumvent paywalls, DRM, or access controls
Use the Platform for illegal activity
Upload malware or attempt to compromise Platform security
Impersonate any person or entity

6. Content you view

Creator content is owned by creators or their licensors. Your license to view content is personal, non-transferable, and revocable.
You acquire no ownership rights in creator content by purchasing access.
We may remove content or accounts that violate law or Platform policies.

7. Intellectual property — Platform

The Showr.me name, logo, software, and design are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. CREATOR CONTENT REFLECTS THE VIEWS OF CREATORS, NOT SHOWR ME LTD.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOWR ME LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) £100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHOWR ME LTD and its officers, directors, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Disputes with creators

Disputes regarding content quality or creator conduct should first be addressed through our support channels. We may, but are not obligated to, mediate disputes between fans and creators.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice where practicable. You may delete your account via Settings or by contacting support@showr.me.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Where required by law, we will seek renewed consent.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
