These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal contract between you and SHOWR ME LTD ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Showr.me (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing on, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein.

1. Definitions

"Content" means any text, images, audio, video, or other materials uploaded to the Platform by creators (including live streams when that feature is enabled).
"Creator" means a verified user who uploads Content and offers it for sale or unlock (and subscriptions or tips when those features are enabled).
"Fan" (or "you") means a user who accesses the Platform to view, purchase, or unlock Content.
"Materials" means the Platform software, design, branding, and all non-user-generated elements we provide.
"Unlock" means a one-time purchase granting access to specific Content for the period and scope stated at checkout.

2. Eligibility and your certifications

By using the Platform, you certify that:

1. You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). 2. You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 3. You are using the Platform freely, voluntarily, and willingly. 4. You will provide accurate, complete, and current information and promptly update it when it changes. 5. You are not a registered sex offender in any jurisdiction where that status restricts your use of platforms with mature content. 6. Your access and use comply with all applicable laws in your location.

We may require identity or age verification at any time. Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in suspension or termination without refund.

3. The Platform and our role

Showr.me is a technology platform that enables creators to monetise digital content of any lawful kind — photos, videos, tutorials, music, art, fitness, lifestyle, and more — through private unlock links and related tools (subscriptions, tips, and other features when enabled). Creators choose what they sell. Some content may be mature or adult in nature; we use age verification so only adults can access the Platform.

We provide hosting, payment facilitation, discovery (where enabled), messaging, trust & safety tooling, and related features.

We do not create user-generated Content. Creators are independent and are not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not endorse any creator or Content (expressly or implicitly). Listing, payment facilitation, or discovery features do not constitute approval of any creator or Content.

You understand that your relationship is primarily with creators for Content purchases. We act as an intermediary and payment facilitator except where stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek renewed consent.

You agree to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
One person may hold one Showr.me account. That account may be a fan account or a creator account. If you later become a creator, you must do so on that same account (fan and creator modes on one login). You may not open a separate fan account and a separate creator account, and you may not open additional accounts of either type.
We may link, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts we reasonably believe belong to the same person, including where identity verification (such as a selfie or government ID), payment details, device or IP signals, or other evidence indicate the same person. Extra accounts may be closed without refund except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.
Creator accounts require additional verification under our Creator Agreement and 2257 Compliance Statement.

6. Licence to access Content

Free areas

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access public areas of the Platform for personal, private, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Paid access

When you purchase an unlock or other paid access (including subscriptions when offered):

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the associated Content for personal, private, non-commercial use only.
This licence does not include any right to copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit Content.
Creators retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in their Content.
Content may be removed by us or the creator at any time, which terminates your licence to that Content without refund except where required by law.
Only the price, scope, and terms displayed at checkout apply to your purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. Without our prior written consent, you must not:

Access the Platform if you are under 18 or prohibited by law
Circumvent paywalls, DRM, watermarks, access controls, or technical protections
Copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, or publicly share paid or private Content
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform or Content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code
Use Content to train AI or machine-learning models
Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or impersonate any person
Engage in fraud, payment abuse, money laundering, or chargeback abuse
Solicit or accept off-platform payments to evade fees
Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access
Manipulate rankings, engagement, or analytics artificially
Create or use multiple accounts, including a separate fan account and a separate creator account
Link to the Platform in a way that falsely implies endorsement or affiliation

8. Zero tolerance — exploitation and illegal content

We have zero tolerance for:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual depiction of minors (real or simulated)
Non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden cameras, or deepfakes without consent
Human trafficking, coercion, prostitution solicitation, or sexual exploitation
Content where any participant's age cannot be verified as 18+

If you encounter such material, report it immediately via our Report Abuse page. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may report to NCMEC or equivalent authorities where applicable.

Include as much detail as possible: URLs, usernames, dates, and a description of the issue. We aim to review reports within 5 business days (urgent safety reports prioritised sooner). See our Report Abuse policy for appeals and DSA rights.

10. Law enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement and courts of competent jurisdiction. If your conduct requires us to incur legal costs (e.g. subpoena compliance, defending claims arising from your breach), you agree to reimburse reasonable legal expenses if we prevail.

11. Purchases, billing, and payments

Prices are set by creators unless otherwise stated. Platform and processing fees are shown at checkout.
All purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled before the next billing period.
You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.
Your bank statement may show Showr.me, our legal name, or a payment processor descriptor.
You are responsible for chargebacks filed in bad faith; we may suspend accounts and pursue recovery.
Billing errors must be reported within 30 days of appearing on your statement.
We may use third-party payment processors; your use is also subject to their terms.
We prohibit money laundering and may require KYC information; failure to comply may result in suspension.

12. Chargebacks and fraud

Contact support@showr.me before initiating a chargeback. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or payment abuse may be terminated without refund. We may refer fraud to law enforcement.

13. Fan conduct and creator disputes

Disputes about Content quality or creator conduct should be directed to support@showr.me. We may, but are not obligated to, mediate. Creators are solely responsible for their Content and representations.

14. Age verification and mature content

Showr.me is for adults 18+ only. We verify age to keep users safe. Creators may sell any lawful digital content; some Content may be mature or sexually explicit. By continuing, you confirm you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction and accept responsibility for ensuring minors under your care cannot access the Platform.

15. Third-party links and off-platform conduct

Creators may link to third-party sites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content or services. Never send money to users outside authorised Platform checkout — off-platform payment requests are often scams. Report suspicious requests to support@showr.me.

16. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. CREATOR CONTENT REFLECTS CREATORS' VIEWS, NOT OURS. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CREATOR CONTENT, USER CONDUCT, OFF-PLATFORM INTERACTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

You release us from claims arising from your exposure to creator Content or interactions with other users, including claims relating to negligence, defamation, privacy, emotional distress, intellectual property (except our own Materials), or conduct of third parties met through the Platform — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SHOWR ME LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your breach of these Terms or any policy
Your violation of law or third-party rights
Content you upload (if applicable)
Disputes between you and other users

19. Injunctive relief

You acknowledge that breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm. We may seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to other remedies, without posting bond where permitted.

20. Intellectual property — Platform

The Showr.me name, logo, software, and design are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, modify, or exploit Platform Materials except as permitted by these Terms.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including policy violations. You may delete your account via Settings or by contacting support@showr.me. Provisions that by nature should survive (payment obligations, indemnity, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

22. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in England shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Where permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and waive any right to participate in a class or collective action against us.

23. General

These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our consent.
No waiver of any breach is a waiver of any other breach.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal writing requirement where permitted.
