Statement

Showr.me hosts user-generated digital content. Creators may upload content of any lawful type, including content that is mature or sexually explicit. Where visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appear on the Platform, record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 may apply.

SHOWR ME LTD requires all creators who upload sexually explicit content to:

1. Verify their own identity with government-issued photo ID 2. Confirm they are at least 18 years of age 3. Maintain model releases for all depicted persons 4. Retain age-verification records for all performers

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the custodian named above. Records are available for inspection during normal business hours upon reasonable request by authorised law enforcement or regulatory personnel.

Creator responsibility

Creators who produce content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct are independent producers responsible for maintaining their own § 2257 records for co-performers, including copies of government-issued photo ID and signed model releases.

Platform records

The Platform maintains verification submissions from creators, including government ID and model release uploads, with a minimum retention period of seven (7) years from the date of last publication of related content.
