Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Creator", "you") and SHOWR ME LTD ("Platform", "we") and supplements our Terms of Service. By applying for or operating a creator account, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Creator eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
  • You must complete identity verification and provide valid government ID and model release documentation.
  • You must not be prohibited from providing adult content under applicable law.

2. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. Nothing in this Agreement transfers copyright or other intellectual property rights to us.

3. Licence to the Platform

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, perform, distribute, and promote your content solely to:

  • Operate Showr.me and deliver content to paying fans
  • Apply technical measures (watermarks, DRM, blur previews) as configured
  • Market your public profile and permitted previews
  • Comply with law and enforce our policies

This licence ends when you delete content or close your account, except for copies reasonably retained for backups, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

4. Your representations and warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the creator of the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and model releases
  • Every person depicted in your content is at least 18 years old at the time of creation
  • You have verified age and identity of all performers and maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (if applicable) and local law
  • Your content does not violate our Prohibited Content Policy
  • Your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • You will not upload content involving non-consensual activity, coercion, or illegal acts

5. Model releases and co-performers

  • You must obtain signed model releases from every person depicted in your content, including yourself.
  • Use our Model Release Form template or an equivalent legally sufficient document.
  • Upload releases during verification and retain copies for at least 7 years.
  • You are solely responsible for releases for guests, co-stars, and collaborators.

6. Monetisation and payouts

  • You set subscription tiers, unlock prices, and tip amounts within Platform limits.
  • Platform fees and payment processing fees apply as disclosed in Creator Studio and at payout.
  • Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, and anti-fraud review.
  • We may withhold payouts pending investigation of reported violations or chargebacks.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on your earnings. We may collect tax information where required by law.

8. Prohibited conduct

Creators must not:

  • Upload prohibited content (see Prohibited Content Policy)
  • Use stolen, leaked, or non-consensual material
  • Misrepresent identity, age, or ownership
  • Encourage off-platform payments to evade fees
  • Spam, manipulate rankings, or create fake engagement

9. Moderation and removal

We may review, reject, remove, or restrict content or accounts at any time. We are not obligated to host any particular content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHOWR ME LTD, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your content or conduct
  • Breach of this Agreement
  • Violation of law or third-party rights
  • Failure to obtain model releases or maintain 2257 records

11. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. We are not liable for fan chargebacks, payment processor actions, or loss of earnings due to policy enforcement.

12. Termination

You may deactivate your creator profile at any time. We may terminate creator access for violations. Upon termination, outstanding payouts may be processed subject to holds for disputes and legal obligations.
