SHOWR ME LTD respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Showr.me infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with:
1. Your physical or electronic signature 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed 3. Identification of the infringing material (URL(s) on Showr.me) 4. Your contact information (address, phone, email) 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised 6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder
DMCA Agent (email): dmca@showr.me
DMCA Agent (mail): Attn: DMCA Agent, SHOWR ME LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ
2. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:
1. Your signature 2. Identification of removed material and its location before removal 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken or misidentified 4. Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found)
We may restore content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
3. Repeat infringers
We maintain a record of valid copyright complaints and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
Three-strike policy (copyright):
1. First substantiated complaint — infringing content is removed and the creator is notified with guidance on compliance. 2. Second substantiated complaint within 12 months — temporary suspension of upload or monetisation features and a formal warning. 3. Third substantiated complaint within 12 months — permanent account termination and forfeiture of outstanding payouts where permitted by law.
We may skip strikes and terminate immediately for egregious infringement, fraudulent counter-notices, or bad-faith abuse of the DMCA process.
4. Non-DMCA reports
For non-copyright issues (privacy, harassment, illegal content), use in-app reporting or contact support@showr.me.
