Creators on Showr.me must obtain a signed release from every person depicted in uploaded content.

During creator signup, you can complete and electronically sign this release in the verification wizard. You may also download this template for co-performers or offline records.

You may use this template for yourself and co-performers.

MODEL RELEASE AND CONSENT

I, the undersigned ("Model"), hereby grant permission to the content creator identified below ("Creator") and SHOWR ME LTD ("Platform") as follows:

3. Grant of rights

I affirm that:

1. I am at least 18 years of age and have provided valid proof of age to the Creator. 2. I participate freely and voluntarily in the creation of the content described above. 3. I grant the Creator a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, publish, distribute, and monetise my likeness and performance in the described content on Showr.me and related promotional materials. 4. I grant the Platform a licence solely to host, display, and deliver the content to authorised viewers as described in the Creator Agreement. 5. I waive any right to inspect or approve finished content before publication, except where separately agreed in writing. 6. I release the Creator and Platform from claims arising from lawful use of the content as permitted on the Platform.

4. Health and conduct

I confirm I was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol to a degree that impaired consent, and that no coercion, trafficking, or exploitation was involved.

Instructions for creators

• Obtain a separate signed release for each performer in every piece of content.
• Keep originals for at least 7 years.
• Co-performer releases can be uploaded separately if requested during review.
• For content created before joining Showr.me, you must already hold valid releases covering Platform distribution.
