Refund & Chargeback Policy

Digital content and subscriptions
Showr.me facilitates sales of digital content and access subscriptions. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery:
- Unlock purchases are generally final and non-refundable once content access is granted.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
- Tips are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable.
Cancellation
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime from Settings → Subscriptions or your creator subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- One-time unlocks: cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and access is delivered.
- Billing support: contact support@showr.me if you cannot cancel from your account.
When we may issue refunds
We may grant refunds or account credit at our discretion for:
- Technical failure preventing access that we cannot resolve within 72 hours
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
- Legal requirements in your jurisdiction
Contact support@showr.me within 14 days of purchase with your transaction ID.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to collections or law enforcement.
Creators may lose earnings associated with reversed transactions.
EU/UK consumers
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights for consumers, including where applicable the 14-day right of withdrawal for certain contracts — noting that digital content delivered immediately with your express consent may waive withdrawal rights at purchase.
